We're looking for a creative, nurturing, and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our new, specialist setting, supporting children with EHCPs or undergoing assessments.

Duties
Plan and deliver an engaging, inclusive curriculum tailored to the needs of children with EHCPs
Adapt learning to ensure that every child's developmental needs are met
Lead and support a team of Early Years Support Workers, modelling outstanding early years and SEN practice
Work closely with the Early Years Setting Manager, families, and external professionals
Contribute to the EHCP process, including reviews and multi-agency planning
Foster a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment for all children
