Our school
Landon Harmondsworth School (LHS) is a new independent school in the heart of Harmondsworth (West Drayton) that caters to learners aged 5-11 with severe learning difficulties and Autism.
LHS passionately believes that every child has the right to maximise their potential, irrespective of their starting point in life. We are set in a large green, environmentally friendly location with plenty of opportunities for outdoor play and learning. The school is well connected to public transport and is 10 minutes bus ride from the West Drayton Elisabeth line.
Candidate profile
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience teaching SEN children, particularly children with severe learning difficulties and autism.
• Experience working with EQUALS curriculum would be beneficial.
• Experience with non-linear developmental assessment frameworks (e.g. Routes for Learning, SCERTS) would be beneficial.
• Passion for working with SEN children.
