About the Role:
As our new class teacher, you will:
Lead a nurturing SEND class of amazing children aged 4–11
Teach with creativity, purpose, and play at the centre
Embed and champion our PACE ethos across the school – creating playful, accepting, curious and empathetic learning spaces
Inspire and uplift others – you'll be the spark that gets others thinking outside the box and trying new things
Take on whole-school leadership through your TLR as Director of Joyful Learning – developing school-wide fun, play-based learning opportunities, staff morale events, and leading by infectious example
We're Looking for Someone Who:
✅ Is a natural motivator with a big personality and boundless energy
✅ Thinks outside the box and loves creating unforgettable learning experiences
✅ Sees children's strengths first and brings learning alive through play, music, movement, and imagination
✅ Has a complete love of teaching – SEND experience is desirable, but not essential
✅ Is committed to raising morale and spreading joy through every part of school life
✅ Is brave enough to take risks and push boundaries to make school a place every child and adult loves
