Flourish Education are recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary School located in Henley-In-Arden. The school is a tight community and wants to develop children who are supported in a learning community with high quality teaching.
The school is looking for a long-term dedicated and passionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team to provide support to children in their Special Resource Provision (SRP) which supports up to 14 children from year 1 to year 6. The children have a range of complex needs. The role will include providing one-to-one support and working in small groups.
Our client is looking for someone to work in their school as soon as possible on a full-time basis and ongoing for the right person.
Required Skills and Experience for this SEND Teaching Assistant role:
• Teaching Assistant Level 3 Qualification
• Ability to liaise with the class teacher, SENDCO, and other agencies to meet the needs of the pupils.
• Build effective relationships with pupils and staff.
• Experience supporting children with SEND and SEMH.
• Experience within UK primary schools.
• Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children.
• Deliver interventions
Working as a Teaching Assistant for SEND Flourish Education you will receive excellent benefits including:
• A competitive salary of £85.02-£+5 per day which equates to £16,578.+ - £18,525 based on working 5 day a week for the full school year.
