We are seeking a Senior 3D Architectural Visualizer / Team Leader to lead our talented team and take our projects to the next level.
Position: Senior 3D Architectural Visualizer / Team Leader
Experience: 5+ years in high-end 3D visualization, with leadership experience
Location: Sector 107, Noida
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the visualization team to create world-class 3D renderings for luxury interior design projects.
• Collaborate closely with clients and the internal design team to ensure design intent is captured accurately.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering skill development and creativity.
• Conduct quality checks on all deliverables to ensure alignment with the studio’s standards.
• Innovate and implement new techniques, tools, and workflows to enhance project outcomes.
Software Skills Required
• Advanced expertise in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for post-production.
• Familiarity with D5 Renderer is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of other rendering tools and plugins will be a plus.
Qualifications and Skills
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in 3D visualization, with proven expertise in high-end interiors.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing luxury interior renderings.
• Leadership: Prior experience leading a team of 3D visualizers or similar roles.
• Creativity: Exceptional attention to detail and artistic vision.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex visualization challenges under tight deadlines.
