As a Senior Account Reviewer, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of our clients. You will be responsible for reviewing financial statements, analyzing complex accounting transactions, and providing strategic financial advice to our clients. Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge of accounting principles will be essential in ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve financial performance
• Conduct thorough reviews of accounting processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies and contribute to business planning
• Advise clients on tax planning and optimization strategies
• Lead client engagements, manage client relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service
• Stay updated with industry trends, changes in regulations, and accounting standards
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and fostering professional growth
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred)
• Australian Accounting Experience is a plus
• CPA qualification or equivalent certification
• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role, with a focus on reviewing financial statements.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards (GAAP, IFRS)
• Proficiency in using accounting software and financial analysis tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
