Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Accountant to oversee and manage our company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
1. Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
2. Manage and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), regulatory requirements, and company policies.
4. Handle tax-related activities, including GST filing, income tax, and statutory compliance.
Team Management:
1. Lead and supervise a team of accountants and finance professionals.
2. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members' skills development.
3. Conduct performance evaluations and address performance issues.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
1. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
2. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
3. Provide insights and recommendations to management for business growth.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
1. Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
2. Monitor and report on budget variances.
Audits and Compliance:
1. Coordinate internal and external audits.
2. Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and filing requirements.
Other Responsibilities:
1. Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
2. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes.
3. Participate in strategic planning and business decision-making.

Pay: 25,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Perundurai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
