Description:This Lockheed Martin Global Financial Services
position is in the Cash Management services
organization.
This position will be responsible for, but not limited
to the following:
the preparation of accurate and timely Final
Invoices in accordance with the Federal Acquisition
Regulation (FAR)
the use of various financial to compile back-up
and supporting data to meet contract specific
requirements
the provision of accurate documentation to
satisfy and to support Defense Contract Audit
Agency (DCAA) and Defense Contracting Audit
Agency (DCMA) audit questions and requirements
Additional responsibilities and special projects will
be assigned as needed to support the organization.
This is a fast paced, challenging position for
proven high performers and quick learners. The
position supports tight deadlines on a continuous
basis. Effective and independent performance in a
supportive, diverse team environment is expected.
Knowledge of current financial , the maintenance
of required financial controls and audit support
skills are also needed for success.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of:
Demonstrated previous Finance/Accounting work
Advanced SAP knowledge
experience
Demonstrated experience performing detailed
analytical tasks
Demonstrated experience performing independent
work tasks
Demonstrated experience working within a diverse
team environment
Demonstrated intermediate to advanced level
proficiency using Microsoft Office tools (Word,
PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Access, etc.)
Minimum of 3 years of combined:
Demonstrated experience performing financial
contract closeout related tasks
Demonstrated experience supporting DCAA and
DCMA audit planning, preparation and closeout activities
Desired Skills:
Effective critical thinking and analytical skills
Effective organizational and interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
User level proficiency with SAP system
Advanced level proficiency using Microsoft Excel,
Word, PowerPoint and SAP
Ability to illustrate independent judgment and
latitude
Ability to perform effectively either independently
or as part of a team

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $80,400 - $139,380. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
