1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial activities using appropriate accounting software.
2. Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that company records match bank statements.
3. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
4. Generate regular financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
5. Assist in the creation and management of budgets and financial forecasts.
6. Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for cost control and optimization.
7. Ensure compliance with tax regulations by accurately calculating and preparing tax returns (sales tax, income tax, etc.).
8. Keep abreast of changes in tax laws that could impact the business.
9. Collaborate with relevant teams to monitor and reconcile inventory records, ensuring accurate valuation and reporting.
10. Assist in preparing documentation and financial data for external audits, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
11. Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to understand their financial needs and provide financial guidance.
12. Knowledge of Tripta Accounting Software in Textile industry experience is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
