The position provides plenty of opportunities to be 'hands-on' and will involve direct prospect handling and a great degree of autonomy. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
• Preparation of Australian Company, Partnership, Trust and Group tax returns, financial statements and working papers.
• Preparation of Individual tax returns
• Use of popular software used for Australian tax like Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks.
Important Skill Set:
• Technical Accounting/Bookkeeping skills
• Australian KPO experience is preferred
• Prior experience in managing a small team is preferred
• Spoken and written English communication skills are preferred
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience with popular software used for Australian bookkeeping, specifically XERO, MYOB, NetSuite and/or QuickBooks Online
Academic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
• Semi-Qualified CA/CS/ICWA
• Qualified CA/CS/ICWA
