Required Candidate profile
Conversant with GST and other statutory compliances.
Finalisation of accounts
Trading company - accounts
FIS reports - cashflow , margin analysis , reporting to management
Hands on knowledge of bank related issues, taxation, overall management operations etc.
Experienced Knowledge of TALLY ERP and MS Office Tools.
Should have good working knowledge of accounts and GST.
Calculation of GST and preparing GST for payment and return.
Maintaining computerized accounts on Financial Accounting Software using TALLY +.
Incumbent will be overall responsible for the Accounts department. He/she will have a team who are assigned specific roles and responsibilities. Will have to monitor and ensure all work is completed before the deadline. Generate reports as per the requirement of the Management.
Manage end to end accounts.
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
GST
Wire transfers
Ledger reconciliation
BRS
Vendor reconciliation
Cashflow
Petty Cash
Margin analysis
TDS
Credit card payments
Payment collection
FIS report
Will have to co-ordinate with the Statutory consultants and prepare documentation for the necessary cases. Co-ordinate with Auditors and get the accounts audited. Generally, head the Accounts department. Check and incoming purchase orders and ensure sales orders are prepared and sent.The incumbent will be overall responsible for the Accounts department.
