Job Description
The experienced senior finance/accounting professional is responsible for overseeing and executing the financial operations of Donyati. Primary duties include preparing and analyzing month-end close activities, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. You will be involved in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software are essential for this role.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 8+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards
• Perform month-end close activities.
• Hands-on experience managing invoicing, payroll, AR/AP, and account reconciliations.
• Cashflow management through cash collections
• Manage tax function (in collaboration with an external tax consultant)
• Prepare financial statements.
• Prepare yearly 10++s.
• Support financial audit process (in collaboration with external auditor)
• Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong Excel working skills.
• Experience working in the professional services/consulting services industry.
• The resource must provide complete support to the Donyati US finance team and work in close coordination with them.
