Your profile
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related field
• Experience working with ERP software, SAP is a strong plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; Advanced knowledge in Excel
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP
• Preferred 3-5 year of accounting experience
• Prior experience with multi states and branches a plus
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Able to work independently and meet financial deadlines
• Work well under pressure and ability to multitask
Your Duties
• Check job profits and losses during month-end close, follow up with Branch and NA accounting team to make sure costs and revenues are properly booked in the correct accounting period.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile related GL accounts for Payroll posting, Vacation accrual, fringe benefits, etc.
• Compile and report monthly financial results and KPI's for CFO review and distribute to Management and Branch Managers
• Coordinate with Accounting team and Austria Head Office accounting team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Work closely with NA accounting team to identify process improvements opportunities and assist CFO improve and implement new processes and procedures.
• Monitor and report to Management of Fixed Assets additions and disposals.
• All other responsibilities as assigned by manager.
