Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related field
Over four (4) years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
Experience with ERP systems, i.e., Oracle, SAP, etc
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
Able to work independently and take initiative
Able to adapt to changing priorities
Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
Detail-oriented

Responsibilities
Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of journal entries, accruals, expense allocations and account reconciliations
Partner with legal, finance, HR and other cross-functional teams on accruals and other accounting-related matters
Prepare and review month-end flux analysis
Process fixed assets, payroll, prepaid expense transactions in Oracle
Create and review Oracle accounting processes on a weekly basis
Responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness and documentation of account reconciliations
Assist with auditor requests related to quarterly reviews, annual financial statement, and overhead audits
Improve, develop and implement documentation and processes related to areas of responsibility
Strong attention to detail
Assist with ad-hoc analysis and other special projects
