Job Summary:
The Director of Finance and Accounting will be responsible for the strategic management of all finance and accounting personnel, processes, and financial records. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping, works closely with senior management and the Board of Trustees on budget planning and corporate policies, leads implementation and adoption of financial technologies, and manages the annual audit.
This is a full-time position based out of our Washington, DC office, reporting to the president and CEO and to the executive vice president.
