Job Details
Our client is looking for a superintendent to supervise their custom home projects primarily in the Boulder Area. They will manage workers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure the projects remains within the timeline constraints, and deadlines and budgets are met.
Responsibilities include
• Ensure activities on the worksite are conducted safely and adhere to local and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate with the owner, management, and stakeholders on vital information.
• Interact with regulatory agencies
• Oversee the day-to0day activities on the site
• Manage the overall quality and timeliness of work being performed on-site.
• Provide managerial and leadership guidance whenever necessary
• Ensure subcontractors are meeting their deadlines.
• Ensure all production standards and regulations are adhered to
• Manage daily logs
• Assist Project Manager with Project management system
• Knowledge or Procore
