Apply and join our innovative team today! ?Interested candidate can apply, OR you can refer a candidate and earn rewards up to 50,000 INR if they get hired.JD: Responsibilities●Understanding of monthly accounting close activities and deliverables (i.e. journal entries, account reconciliations, analytics and reporting) of any controllership process●Understanding of various finance & accounting processes that help perform the testing relating to various processes like fixed assets, cash, accruals, lease, interco etc.●Work cross-functionally with and support our business partners by providing financial insights and relevant reporting●Ability to quickly understand new processes identified and ready to work on such processes.●Ability to work independently to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and any changes communicated●Create and maintain process documentation●Prior to the testing phase:○Review the scenarios with the SME’s to ensure common understanding completeness of the information provided and clear exit criterias○Review E2E testing output results with Business Technology Team to enable UAT○Exposure to Workday financial●During UAT:○Test/retest all assigned scenarios to ensure UAT completion on schedule○Collaborate with Stakeholders from various functions on cross-functional scenarios○Determine if assigned scenarios pass or fail and record findings on the UAT tracker○Provide detailed description of scenarios that failed and log them in the bug tracker○Follow-up on bug resolution with counterpart in other business functions and IT○Attend scheduled UAT related meetings (status, bug resolution,...)Skills/Experience●7+ years of relevant experience in Accounting, analyzing information, attention to details, deadline oriented, thoroughness in the deliverables, spirit to work as a team and confidentiality●Master / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance●Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and work independently●Understanding of Workday financial systems, Oracle and willingness to learn quickly.
