At least 2 years of experience in a public accounting firm working with large public companies OR at least 2 years experience working for a large for-profit organization

Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to 105,000 per year
In addition, this role is eligible for the Company’s short-term and long-term incentive programs

Responsibilities
This is a hybrid role consisting of 3 in office days and 2 work from home days a week
The Senior Accountant, Corporate Accounting role plays an integral part in the accounting function within the Finance department
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls and company policy as they accurately and independently prepare and post journal entries and prepare monthly account reconciliations
The Senior Accountant uses their professional judgment to determine the appropriate accounting treatment
Review operational accounting transactions, prepare journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts
Review financial posting activity review to determine whether appropriate for financial classifications/disclosures, and post-reclassification journal entries as needed
Analyze variances and annual trends to determine explanations for internal reporting to senior management and for external auditor support
Support SEC filing with the preparation of select schedules for quarterly financial reporting (10-Q and annual 10-K)
Review new and amended agreements to ensure the agreements are evaluated and accounted for under GAAP requirements
Provide financial support for external and internal audits and directly interact with all auditors
Maintain and adhere to policies and procedures for assigned functional areas
Participate in cross-training of functions with other members of Finance
Perform all other duties as assigned

How You’ll Contribute
