Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for financial books closing at period ends involving product costing, accruals, GL management, trial balance scrutiny, variance analysis.
2. Complete internal reporting within set timelines
3. Provide technical accounting advice within area of expertise to functional or Operational Area Managers.
4. Comply with internal control System, accounting standards and group reporting guidelines. Drive functional KPI.
5. Provide audit support (internal | external) via preparation and explanations, reconciliations etc.
6. Drive process excellence with a view to improving efficiency and effectiveness through process automation and improvement ideas.
7. Preparation and checking of Daily plant utilization, efficiency, products costing and product profitability.
8. Preparation of daily & Monthly MIS.
Skill Requirements:
1. B. Com / M. Com / MBA / CMA / CA Inter.
2. Required Minimum 5 years of experience
3. Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
4 Advanced MS Excel skills including V-lookups and pivot tables
5. Strong financial analysis skills
