Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Knowledge of Accounting, Taxation Direct and Indirect
Able to prepare Board Resolution and Minutes of the company
Handle Banking Matters like Coordinating with Multiple banks for their requirement in respect of Documentation.
Able to prepare Stock Statement for Banks and other Compliance as requested by bank.
Able to Coordinate with Auditors and Lawyers of our Company in respect of providing their requirement.
Can handle Reply of Notices to Taxation Authorities.
Knowledge of how to File Tds, Gst and Income Tax Returns for Companies.
Basic Knowledge of Companies Law and Taxation laws.
Able to Prepare Balance Sheets and Tax Calculations for Companies and Individuals.
Maintaining Books of Accounts, Ledger Balances and Coordinating clients for their Ledger.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and well versed with mailing to clients and suppliers.
Able to assist auditor in Tax and Statutory Audit documentation and preparation.
Proactively ensure the continuity of business operations, or when issues arise, lead problem-solving and issue resolution.
Review analytics, prepare reports.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Well versed with Accounting Software Tally Prime
Excellent organizing abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Numerical aptitude and strong analytical skills
Ability to take initiative and handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority
Strong collaboration skills
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
Must possess good communication skills
Education:
Any Graduate/ Ca Inter preferable.
