Roles & Responsibilities
Monthly and Quarterly Reporting and Analysis
• Review of Project accounting, Oversee the project cost for Monthly reporting purpose and discussion with project manager on status of Projects.
• Review of margin and monitoring all high value projects.
• Review of margin and monitoring all high value projects.
• Review of Milestone payment related to projects.
• Supervising month close activity and reviewing factory expense and taking necessary accrual if required.
• Monthly and quarterly expenses review including comparison data for actual vs budgeted and current vs previous financial periods
• Preparation of journal entries for correct allocation of expenses
• Analysis and review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Statutory Reporting & Tax Filing
Assist in preparation of details for Transfer Price audit and Transfer Price documentation for Transfer price study report purpose.
• Assist with audit requirements, including preparation of financial statements and notes to accounts
• Preparation and submission of reporting compliance and filing of annual return with Ministry of Commerce
• Preparation of various financial information for the monthly/quarterly/Yearly reports
• Preparation of advance tax calculation on quarterly basis
• Assist on banking activities
Candidate Requirements
• CA inter with 6+ years experience in accounts or Bachelor's / Masters in Accounting or Finance with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in financial or management accounting, P&L reporting
• Understanding of Accounting principles (accounts payable, accounts receivable)
• Aptitude with a variety of software/system platforms (SAP, One Stream, QlikView)
Position Competencies (include behavioral characteristics and leadership capabilities)
• Time management & ability to manage priorities to be met
Attention to detail and analysis of figures
• Excellent communications skills to work with a variety of personalities and cultures
• Ability to work autonomously
