About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled financial professional to oversee our financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain smooth relationships with distributors and customers.
Main Responsibilities:
• Send payment links to distributors and sellers to facilitate timely transactions.
• Work closely with distributors and customers to manage collections and resolve payment-related issues.
• Use Tally ERP to maintain accurate financial records, ensuring up-to-date bookkeeping and compliance.
• Prepare and manage financial documents, including books of accounts and necessary reconciliations.
• Generate and report monthly/periodic MIS reports for senior management decision-making.
• Manage billing, receivables, and collections to maintain a healthy cash flow.
• Oversee banking operations, including payment processing, fund management, and bank reconciliations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
