Job Title: Accountant
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation. The accountant will be responsible for managing the financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements and reports
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Prepare and file tax returns
Manage payroll and employee benefits
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
CPA certification preferred
3+ years of experience in accounting or related field
knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
Proficient in accounting software, such as TALLY, MS OFFICE
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
