Work Responsibility
•Correspondence with overseas Direct or indirect buyer regarding outstanding payment on the basis of buyers agreed payment terms.
•Take responsibility for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc
•Credit control.
•Recruit and Train New Employees
•Management assurance Internal financial control
•Projection of sales and expense.
•Comparison of sales and overhead with last three years.
•Oversee Accounting daily operations.
•Material resource planning and inventory management
•Vendor and purchase order review stock audits
•Physical Verification Of closing stock.
•Making MIS Reports on Monthly and quarterly basis Reports of Monthly financial Profitability statement as per actual consumption.
•Auditing and verifying purchase bills to make sure its matching with oracle system.
•GST/TDS compliances
•Accounts receivable payable
•Statutory audit/Internal audit
•Scrutiny of wrong entries.
•Queries settlement with Auditors
•Submission of reports (Cash forecast, Credit report, MIS monthly report, quarterly yearly) in time.
•Monitor and analyses accounting Data.
•Lead accounts team
•Ensure team duties delegated and managed during absences.
