Senior Accountant
Take charge of high-level clients, add value, and lead advisory work in a supportive, growth-focused firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of SME clients, including multi-entity groups
Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and ASIC compliance reports
Providing tailored tax and advisory services
Building strong, proactive client relationships
Mentoring and guiding junior team members
Identifying process improvements for greater efficiency

Requirements:
Degree qualified and CPA or CA qualified (or working towards)
Approximately 5+ years of experience in Australian public accounting
Strong technical tax knowledge and SME expertise
Client-focused, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proficient in Xero, JobFlow, and MYOBS
