Are you a part-qualified or qualified Accountant looking for variety and autonomy in your role? I am currently recruiting for a Senior Accountant for a friendly local Accountancy Firm near Chelmsford, paying a salary of £28,000 - £48,000 depending upon the level of experience.
This is a highly reputable Firm in the area, who is well-known for providing excellent training and support, with a real focus on upskilling their team. The company is renowned for being a friendly team and have an excellent and inclusive culture.
This Senior Accountant position would suit an individual who is ACA/ACCA Qualified or part-qualified and is looking for their next challenge. Audit experience would be advantageous.
Senior Accountant responsibilities include:
• Work alongside managers and senior staff, with a range of client exposure and responsibilities for relationship building and client management.
• Prepare year-end accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships to final stage.
• Prepare audit and accounts.
• Finalise accounts.
• Complete tax returns, personal, partnership and companies.
• Business tax skills, including preparing computations for sole traders, partnerships and companies. What you will need:
• ACA/ACCA Qualification or Part Qualification
• Excellent communication skills
• At least 2 years’ experience in practice What you will get in return:
