About the Company: A well-establish financial service company is currently seeking a Senior Accountant with 5+ years for full cycle GL accounting background and strong month-end close experience.
About the Role: Position will be 4 days onsite and remote on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the preparation and analysis of the monthly financial statements
• Balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements and financial reporting
• Prepare the monthly journal entries, accounts reconciliations and analysis
• Monitor the budget variances and help prepare the annual budgets
• Work closely with the external auditors
• Prepare and file the tax returns
• Maintain the financial reports, and GL accounts
• Complex account analyses and reconciliations
Qualifications:
• BA/BS in Accounting
• 5+ years of full cycle GL accounting background
• CPA is a plus
• Strong GAAP experience
• Advanced Excel, including vlookup/pivot tables/sumifs
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Experience with large ERP accounting software
• Strong problem solving skills
Pay range and compensation package: Pay up to $100,000 plus benefits
