Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, including balance sheet reconciliation, accruals, month-end close, variance analysis, and job costing

As a Senior Accountant, your duties will include but are not limited to
Managing and overseeing all aspects of accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and treasury

Managing the month-end close process, ensuring all financial data has been recorded accurately and in a timely manner
Conducting variance analysis to identify trends, make recommendations, and provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes
Implementing and maintaining job costing systems, ensuring all costs are accurately captured and allocated to the appropriate projects
Preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations, improve processes, and optimize productivity
Staying abreast of current trends, developments, and changes in accounting regulations and standards
