Job title : Asst Manager – Accounts and Finance

Division : Accounts and Finance

Reporting to :Sr. Manager – Accounts & Finance

Location : Azhagarkovil,Madurai

Responsibilities & duties

Project /Program Financial Management:

1. Providing Assistance in the following areas

a. Budgets preparation of Internal and External Projects

b. Provide assistance to Resources Mobilization Team Write new project proposals

c. Tracking the Fund utilization of all projects & intimating the project heads for any deviations

d. Follow up Government & Funding agencies to collecting the pending funds as per the schedule

e. Preparing necessary reports to Donor and Govt

f. Preparing Audited statements

Day today Accounts Activities

1. Cash verification on daily basis

2. Bills and vouchers verification along with the cash book on daily basis

3. Preparation of Cash flow and Fund flow statements

4. BRS Preparation, verification and submission

5. Verifying day today accounts records & Statements

6. Verifying the accounts payable and receivable as per the schedule

7. Preparing the vendor payment statement on daily basis for bank payments

8. Follow-up the units and subordinates for collecting monthly payments from patients as per the schedule

+. Identify the unknown Bank NEFT payment to cash point on daily basis

10. Monitoring of operation of the bank accounts under the organization

11. Verification of Salary statements

12. Conducting internal Audit as per the schedule

13. Randomly verifying the Demand raised by units – Admission & Discharge

14. Managing Staff Loan

15. Preparing all the financial related reports deemed necessary for HOD

16. Accompanying the HOD for financial related meeting of the organization

17. PFMS EAT Module updation.

18. Bank Payment(OTP) authorization for net banking.

Auditing and Statutory Compliances

1. Assisting necessary data to Auditors to file the following;

a. Income tax

b. TDS returns

c. FCRA

d. PF & ESI

e. Utilization certificate

f. IT Scrutiny

2. Assisting with auditor for finalization of the funders account and accounts of the organization.

Reports and Statements

1. Assist in Preparation of Financial statements such as

a. Income and Expense accounts

b. Balance sheet

c. Schedule to Accounts

2. Assist DCB (Debit, Credit & Balance) statements preparation for funders and the projects

3. Submitting reports / statements (Internal & External) as per the schedule

4. Additional duties as assigned or deemed necessary for effective business operations

5. Bills payable & Receivable report preparation and Submission

6. Bills documentation monitoring

7. FCRA-Quarterly update into trust website.
