Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate recording of transactions.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including cash flow statements and balance sheets.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, monitor expenses, and provide performance reports.
• Conduct project P&L analysis, and recommend cost optimization strategies.
• Handle AR and AP functions, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Process payroll accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Prepare forecasts, projections, and financial models.
• Maintain records and documentation as per regulations.
• Liaise with investors, and provide accurate financial information.
• Manage multiple accounts, and ensure proper expense allocation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven work experience in finance and accounts within the service industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
• Proficient in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate financial information to non-finance professionals.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and relevant laws and regulations.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within deadlines
