RESPONSIBILITIES Complying with financial regulations & practises Compiling, analysing, and reporting financial data Well versed with Tally and other related accounting software, including MS Excel, word etc Must be fully aware of the banking environment and have a knack of getting things done Ability to lead a team and be a guide and mentor Creating processes, reports, provisional balance sheets, P & Ls, etc. Presenting and sharing timely information to the management Maintaining accurate financial records, including financial controls Reconciliations and Monitoring Performing audits and resolving discrepancies Understanding of Payroll and related statutory requirements: Income Tax, TDS, etc. Note: Equal opportunity employer and position.
