Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:
• Conduct month-end GL and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with year-end audits and financials.
• Review monthly reports
• Assist in drafting monthly, quarterly, and annual external financial statements and supplementary schedules.
• Prepare monthly internal reports.
• Perform corporate monthly journal entries.
• Assist in preparing the annual corporate budget.
• Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Collaborate with other departments and build business partnering relations and skills.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or related field
• CPA highly preferred
• 2 years of public accounting firm experience
• Public and Private combo preferred
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Strong time management and collaboration skills
• Real Estate Industry desired
• Proficient in ERP and MS Excel
