Responsibilities
Manage accurate and timely month-end close for all general ledger accounts
Collaborate with various departments on accruals and other monthly close areas
Research, analyze, and interpret complex accounting issues
General bookkeeping
Continuously improve accounting processes, systems, and documentation
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports
Help document, implement, and maintain appropriate accounting policies and training documents
Support annual audits performed by external auditors
Identify opportunities for process improvements; suggest and implement improvements to scale and automate manual procedures and computations
Assist management in completing special projects and analyses on an ad-hoc basis

We seek a full-time Senior Accountant (or Accounting Manager for the right candidate) for a hands-on role responsible for all our clients' accounting responsibilities (AR, GL, Payroll, and Month-end close process). This role will be a hybrid on-site/remote position.
