Responsibilities

Manage and organize both digital and physical financial records
Assess business transactions, generating accurate reports and analyses
Conduct periodic audits to ensure precision in financial records, expenses, and savings
Organize and file all federal, state, and local income tax documents
Contribute to the development of budgeting procedures
Regularly brief management on the company's financial position and provide recommendations for improvement
Actively participate in the development and enhancement of effective accounting policies and processes
Stay informed and keep the company up-to-date on industry changes and regulatory updates
Respond to tax and accounting-related issues
Organize and maintain expense reports
Run payroll processes
