Role Description
We’re hiring a Bookkeeper to support an Australian multi-channel consumer business. You’ll manage day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and reporting across Xero, Cin7, and Shopify.
Qualifications
- Bank & payment reconciliations in Xero
- AP/AR processing and records management
- Shopify & payment gateway reconciliation
- Inventory & COGS tracking via Cin7
- Monthly reports (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Support BAS, GST, and payroll compliance
Requirements
- 2+ years bookkeeping experience (AU preferred)
- Robust Xero skills (or similar)
- Experience with Cin7 or inventory systems
- Familiar with Shopify/e-commerce workflows
- Knowledge of GST, BAS, and payroll basics
- Detail-oriented with solid reconciliation skills
