Your typical day may include:
Managing multiple clients and jobs concurrently
Being in regular contact with clients and teams to ensure the smooth running of work.
Identifying and providing insightful recommendations about a broad range of accounting and advisory issues in a timely manner.
Dealing proactively with incoming correspondence/enquiries and responding as appropriate
Entity secretarial assistance
Prioritisation of a broad range of administration tasks
Assisting with the creation of and updating reports for our clients and internal teams
Develop and maintain effective and efficient office systems.
Qualifications
Your expertise:
Bring your accounting experience, preferably within a professional services environment to this varied role and see what impact you could make. You’ll also bring:
3 years’ + of experience relevant to the role
Your CA qualification, or in final stages or working towards this.
Experience in preparation of financial statements through to completion, management accounting, GST and annual tax returns.
Proven ability to work in a business advisory capacity.
Exceptional organisation and coordination skills within an administrative capacity
Strong relationship building and communications skills, especially with senior people.
