Responsibilities
Responsible for the preparation and coordination of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting using BW4HANA with SEM-BCS consolidation tool for financial, tax and audit purposes in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with the corporate guidelines and time schedule
Maintains Commission Settlements and Reporting to Distributors including review of customer master data for all new accounts related to commission, review of new material idents for Commission Group setup, review for adjustments and manual commissions, and setting up of new commission vendor as needed
Calculate Rebates for Distributors, responsible for Customer Rebates for payouts, analysis, accrual adjustment and final analysis and reconciliation of accrual
Prepare payroll journal entry and update payroll reconciliation; Prepare journal entries related to accruals, intercompany, benefit related, insurance, taxes and others as necessary
Process recurring journal entries including audit fees and prepaids, run monthly allocations
Perform G/L account reconciliations and bank reconciliations
Maintain Prepaid Insurance spreadsheet, review expense accounts for other prepaid items and record journal entries
Assist with banking activities as directed
Prepare tax schedules and insurance forecast as needed
Maintain Procedures and Work Instructions in ETQ Reliance as needed
Serve as a critical knowledge support and backup to the Accounting Supervisor as needed
