The Opportunity
The Senior Accountant position is critical to the continued growth and success of our business as it will provide valuable support in maintaining and analyzing our financial records. This position will ensure that our financial statements are accurate and up-to-date, enabling us to make informed decisions about the future of our business. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will assist with the budgeting and forecasting process. Compensation & Benefits
• $80,000 - $85,000 annual salary
• Health (with a fully company-paid option), dental, vision, and life insurance

• 2 weeks PTO
• 6 Paid Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday in your birthday month
Responsibilities
• Prepare and record journal entries and maintain and reconcile the general ledger
• Perform monthly and quarterly bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements and assist with month-end close procedures
• Assist with the annual audit and tax return preparation
• Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process
• Accounts Payable Responsibilities
• GL entries, bank reconciliation, revenue recognition, customer collections, and customer refunds
• Accounts Receivable Responsibilities
• GL entries, bank reconciliation, vendor relationship management, reviewing invoice payments to ensure accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Sage Intacct and/or ServiceTitan
• Experience working in a Private Equity backed environment
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2 years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test in accordance with state and federal law
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
