Job Description
Bookkeeping and Financial Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally and Zoho Books.
Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare financial statements and reports, including the profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in both India and Dubai.
Manage and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax, and Corporate Tax regulations in India.
Oversee VAT and corporate tax compliance and reporting in Dubai.
File all GST and VAT returns on time, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Taxation:
Handle all tax-related activities, including tax planning, tax returns, and liaising with tax authorities in India and Dubai.
Provide guidance on tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
