Responsibilities:
Manage full accounting requirements for an Indian subsidiary and cost center
Excellent accounting knowledge and experience
Good experience in filings and refunds (GST, TDS, IT, EPF, ESIC)
Maintenance of fixed assets register, accounts payables/receivables, balance sheet reconciliation, GL reconciliation, prefunding and tax estimates
Ensure payroll reconciliation
Ensure timely delivery of reports to UK-parent company
Work alongside with internal and HQ accounting team, liaising with local external and internal audit teams incl. transfer pricing
Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support
Coordinate with a team of 2 accountants
Requirements:
M.Com Graduate and/or CA (3-5 years of post-qualification experience)
Proficient in payroll and labour compliance (3 years experience minimum)
or 8 years experience as post-graduate
Experience in providing employee tax advice
Proficient and good knowledge of Acumatica and Netsuite; Google Suite, and experience in using Apple products is a plus
Business English proficiency is a must
