What you’ll be doing:
As the Senior Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of key financial processes and the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing the monthly financial close process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
• Preparing and analyzing core financial statements, providing insights to support business decisions
• Ensuring compliance with GAAP and staying up-to-date on accounting standards
• Collaborating with the external audit team and preparing required documentation
• Driving process improvements and system enhancements, including the migration to Workday
• Developing and mentoring the accounting team

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting and audit experience
• Proven experience managing financial close processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
