Job Title: Senior Accounting Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with specific experience in using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Netsuite.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Maintain accurate financial records and streamline accounting processes using QBO and Netsuite.
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
• Handle tax filings and ensure timely payment of all taxes.
• Provide financial reports and analysis to management as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Netsuite is required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
Total 2+ years in US Accounting, with minimum 1 year in Netsuite.
Location: Gurgaon/Hyderabad/Remote.
