Job Description
· Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
· Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
· Assist with tax audits and tax returns
· Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
· Support month-end and year-end close process
· TDS, TCS, GST, PF and ESI
· MIS
· Timely Preparation GST Return Fiing/GST Reconciliation/Annual Return Filing
· Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
· Familiarity with accounting software packages
· Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)
· Excellent analytical and time management skills
· Knowledge of Tally and any other software.
· Handling complete accounts finalization.
· Bank Reconciliation and Month G L reconciliations.
· Review the Balance Sheet Accounts and Profit & Loss Accounts & ensure integrity of all reported Financial Statements.
