We serve renowned clients such as United Breweries, Saint Gobain, and Hindustan Unilever. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting, Finance, and Taxation Manager. This challenging managerial role requires a professional well-versed In financial management, accounting, and taxation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing P&L, balance sheets, ledgers, creditors, debtors, accounts receivable, depreciation, cost management, and budgeting. Additionally, expertise in various types of loans, overdrafts (ODs), and credit facilities is essential. Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. - Ensure compliance with GST regulations, adept in both FCM and RCM methods. - Manage and prepare financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. - Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions. - Manage and negotiate various types of loans, ODs, and credit facilities to support company operations. - Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance and planning, including the preparation and submission of tax returns. - Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and business growth. - Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental goals. - Maintain and reconcile ledgers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. - Implement and oversee cost management strategies to optimize financial performance. - Participate in the budgeting process, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenses, and providing insights for budget development. Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, finance, and taxation - Strong knowledge of GST, including FCM and RCM, and other tax-related regulations. - Proficient in financial management, including understanding of loans, ODs, and credit facilities. - Outstanding communication, management, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
