Direct Supervision and validation of Company's accounting and financial reporting.
Payroll and statutory dues booking of company's staff.
Responsible for Accounts Payable function of the company.
Co-ordination of statutory audit & Tax audit for the company , ensure timely completion of the same.
Assist in company secretarial work with the help of CS consultant.
Internal audit coordination.
Monthly provision & Prepaid accounting.
Undertake GL scrutiny of the current assets, current liabilities & Expenses accounts.
No lapses & delays in Employee related statutory payments like PF, ESIC & PT and its accounting. Control & approve the petty cash register and its accounting.
Co-operate & co-ordinate all outside customers in concern to finance & accounts.
Deliverable should be in a timely manner, with utmost accuracy.
Proper control on payables.
Vendor payout should be done in a timely manner.
Any disputes in concern to any matter should be resolved ASAP.
Timely & quality finance reporting has to be delivered as per Commercial Group financial reporting standard.
Candidate Profile.
Immediate joining preferred
Chartered Accountant with 1 or 2 year experience
Inter C.A. 4- 5years(Final level) (not giving any further attempts) experience.
CA Fresher who has done Articleship in reputed firm Proven team management experience. Immediate joining preferred
Optional Skill/Knowledge/Experience
Fluent spoken and written English with one or more other main languages a strong plus.
Able to thrive within a high-pressure, quota-driven environments
