About the Role
The Cash Application Analyst is part of the Order to Cash team, reporting to Finance Operations, managing whole Accounts Receivable for Uber’s different B2B lines of business. This role ensures Accounts Receivable processes operate efficiently.
The individual will work with teams across multiple countries from Uber and will manage the Cash Application OTC BPO Operations based in India for all Uber B2B lines of business. This team is responsible for data insights & analytics, driving the performance of BPO organization, engagement with internal & external stakeholders and contributing to OTC Goals.
What You'll Do
You will oversee Cash Apps Operations and act as the first point of contact for Cash Apps in the Order to Cash Service Delivery Team
Resolve Business escalations and issues with critical customers in partnership with BPO organization
Will closely work with the BPO organization to ensure best-in-class results are achieved on the portfolio assigned while ensuring Customer experience and Stakeholder alignment
Responsible for managing the Cash Application on account metrics and operations for each LOB
Coordinates with Global Process Owners for operational issues resolution, process improvement & new process rollout
Partner with the OTC global process owner to ensure global processes and technologies are standardized and adopted across the globe
BPO training and transition of new processes for respective LOBs
Review SLAs & KPIs with BPO on a monthly basis, in-depth knowledge of Cash Apps KPIs
Ensure Root-Cause analysis and review of escalations are performed in order to provide future remediations and feedback on process improvements.
Actively seeks opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes & gain efficiencies.
Manage reporting, data analytics & performance and engagement with internal & external stakeholders
End-to-end OTC knowledge with upstream and downstream impacts of different processes
Focus on Transformation opportunities when available
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
6+ years of progressive experience in F&A Shared Services centre, specifically in Cash Applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and is a fluent speaker/writer in English

Significant experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, specifically Cash Applications and outsourced AR operations
Excellent organization skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking
"Roll up your sleeves" and can-do attitude
An ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams beyond timezones
Proficiency in accounting-related ERP (e.g. Oracle, SAP)
Must be flexible in working different shifts as this role handles multiple regions
Previous experience in GSuite, Highradius, Oracle and Salesforce Tools will be preferred
