Role Overview:
AB InBev GCC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cash Flow Analyst to join the Finance team in Bangalore. As a Senior Analyst - ATR, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient management of Cash Flow transactions within the organization. Your role will involve daily actual reconciliation and forecasting of Cash Flow till year end, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with various departments to streamline processes. You will need to have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and effective communication with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with process deliverables and change management initiatives
- Managing large volumes of transactions
- Process management for process improvement efforts, mapping, and implementation of new processes
- Assignment of related work and providing process training to analysts
- Driving continuous improvements in the Western European Zones cash-flow reporting and analysis
- Identifying cash needs, determining cash availability, and satisfying cash needs
- Ensuring smooth and efficient cash flow to optimize working capital
- Tracking and controlling cash flow within the budgeted roadmap
- Providing accurate cash flow forecasting to avoid unnecessary borrowing costs
- Supporting global treasury on cash pooling and funding strategies
- Reviewing Overdue and Customer Deductions with Sales Finance
- Collaborating with PTP to review Parked and Blocked invoices due for payment
- Presenting cash flow performance to relevant stakeholders and identifying variance drivers
- Submitting monthly and quarterly estimates for cash flow against budgeted forecast
- Aligning with BU CF Managers to ensure cash flow targets are achieved
- Identifying the bridge between direct and indirect cash flow
- Automating processes to improve overall efficiency
- Aligning reporting from multiple systems

Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of business-related process experience
- Proven experience in Cash Flow Reporting and Forecasting or similar financial role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer proficiency with advanced Excel skills and intermediate Powerpoint
- Advanced knowledge of SAP system, Anaplan, IT2, and Power BI
- Proficiency with Business Objects or other query software
- Proven presentation skills to senior management
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making techniques
