ETS India Private Limited Company is hiring for a Full Time Human Resources Information Systems Analyst. The successful candidate must have fluency in Peoplesoft HRIS application. This individual will be responsible for:
Improving delivery of HR technical services, implementing HR technologies, aligning HR/People strategy with business strategies, streamlining and standardizing HR policies, practices/processes. Oversee vendor management with outsourced partner(s). Partner and help transform the HR organization to be more effective in managing human capital and supporting business units by working with IT, Payroll, internal partners, and third-party administrators.
Responsibilities:
• Improve delivery of HR technical services, implementing HR technologies, aligning HR/People strategy with business strategies, streamlining and standardizing HR policies, practices and processes
• Identify improvement and automation opportunities to transform the HR organization to be more effective in managing human capital and supporting business units by working with IT, Payroll, internal partners, and third-party administrators.
• Oversee vendor management with outsourced partner(s).
• SME on various HR Processes and will lead any future releases and process enhancements as needed
• Conduct analysis and present solutions options to HR process owners including benefit costs.
• Translate business needs to functional/technical specifications by partnering with internal partners.
• Configure and design solutions to meet business requirements for HR systems including PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Administration, ePerformance, eBenefits, and eCompensation modules
• Analyze and resolve production support issues/payroll/benefit discrepancies issues with NaviSite; where appropriate escalate to Senior Director.
• Administer, audit, and monitor HR systems transactions and reports to ensure data integrity, reconcile discrepancies and identify corrective actions needed to improve data quality.
• Mentor and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity; guide junior staff within HCM.
• Implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of medium-large scale solutions.
• Maintain PeopleSoft security and tree structures for HR
• Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to the job function
• Required Skills:
• Strong In-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience with PeopleSoft Query, PeopleSoft Trees, PeopleSoft Workflow, configuration design and security around multiple PeopleSoft HCM modules including Benefits Administration, Compensation (including eCompensation), Workforce Development (including ePerformance) and Payroll.
• Ability to explain verbally complex and technical subject matter in clear precise manner to a non-technical audience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate Excel skills including using functions (i.e. VLOOKUP, IF…THEN)
• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication
• Experience with PeopleSoft +.2 implementations
• Experience with PeopleSoft Reporting and PeopleSoft trees
Relevant Years of Experience Required:
• Minimum of 5 yrs. HRIS system maintenance experience required, preferably PeopleSoft.
• Experience using Microsoft SharePoint application
• Technical training experience, ability to assess learning needs and develop training documents
• 5+ years with human resource experience; benefits and compensation experience preferred
• Completion implementing 2 technical solutions including requirements gathering, functional specification documentation, testing, and deployment
Other Requirements:
• Prefer candidates with Peoplesoft +.2 Fluid experience, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Compensation, Workforce Planning and Succession Planning
• Ability to prioritize and organize short-term and long-term responsibilities in response to changing demands.
Education, Certifications, or Special Licenses:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related education and experience required
