About the role:
Eightfold AI is seeking an Services Operations Sr. Analyst to provide operational support to our Alliance and Partner ecosystem operations and Professional Services/Product Delivery team. You will be responsible for ensuring that the teams have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality services to our clients. You will work closely with your teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that will help streamline operations.
What you will do (or learn to do)
Develop and maintain reporting for alliance and partner ecosystem
Support alliance and partner ecosystem operations. Work with the Salesforce CRM instance administrator to maintain data hygiene
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather requirements, partner with the Salesforce administrator, test and roll out new features and changes in salesforce.com
Support field training for initiatives related to the alliances and partner ecosystem
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive and execute successful delivery of a Services Deal Desk which may include reviewing/confirming contract details, validating rates and payment terms, managing the document workflow through various systems, etc.
Partner with the Product Delivery and Customer Success teams to drive the Scope Change Management process for in-flight and ongoing customer engagement
Monitor, measure and govern the effectiveness of services delivered, including formalizing and overseeing the CSAT process
Track and analyze key indicators of organizational health and recommend ways to improve for services delivery and the partner ecosystem
Serve as a point of contact for employees; helping them navigate product delivery initiatives to meet business needs
Program Manage and track all Product Delivery projects that are associated with OKRs and own the progress/reporting of OKRs each week
Create and optimize processes that increase deal velocity and visibility
Assist with the continued creation, organization, and maintenance of the Eightfold Global Services Sales director of key documents, assets, SOW template, to include the management of documents and recordings within Eightfold’s newly deployed internal Content Management System (CMS)
Proactively identify and implement operational improvements and enhancements that meet business requirements
What you should already know:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a project coordination or operations support role
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira
Experience with Salesforce, extracting, and analyzing data
Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
Ability to quickly learn new software
Proven ability to manage through change, adapt and thrive under disruptive circumstances
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse set of internal constituencies including executives, technical, finance, legal, sales and marketing
Experience developing business reports that help a professional services organization operate smoothly, with insights that will meet the needs of other business partners (Finance, Sales Operations, etc.)
Experience working in a horizontal or matrixed business
Experience in designing and implementing process improvements
Familiarity with professional services operations and/or partner ecosystems in a B2B environment is a plus
