Position Summary:

Join our team as a Senior Analyst in Program Management, focusing on AI and Automation Enablement. In this vital role, you will be the driving force behind powerful AI-driven solutions that bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. Your expertise will transform the requirements of Online Merchants and Brand Advocates into effective, automated workflows.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will lead the daily operations of a collaborative team comprising Data Science, IT, and UX professionals, ensuring that our technical strategies align with business objectives. You will combine your knowledge of data architecture and SQL/data warehousing with a product-focused approach to support the development and adoption of cutting-edge automated systems over a 1-2 year timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cross-Functional Coordination (25%): Lead and energize a Balanced Team of experts from Data Science, IT, and UX to ensure high performance and rigorous project management. Engage actively in solution design, advocate for best practices, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement while deftly managing dependencies across support teams.
• Program Execution & Sprint Delivery (30%): Strategically manage the phased rollout of innovative AI solutions, balancing immediate sprint objectives with long-term program goals. Protect project timelines and scope while effectively translating technical risks into business impacts. Facilitate the smooth integration of AI tools within merchant workflows, ensuring solutions are intuitive and scale effectively.
• Stakeholder Alignment & Value Realization (15%): Act as the key liaison for Online Merchants and Brand Advocates, managing communication and expectations transparently. Champion user adoption and assist in building change management strategies for successful implementation of AI-enhanced processes. Track performance and report outcomes, such as efficiency gains and return on investment, to leadership.
• Technical Product Ownership & Solutioning (30%): Collaborate with business users to break down manual processes into structured workflows, identifying opportunities for AI-driven efficiency. Utilize your SQL and data warehousing skills to validate inputs and ensure reliable technical solutions. Craft clear technical requirements and user stories for engineering teams, and serve as the primary quality assurance tester for AI outputs.

Direct Manager and Team Structure:
• This position reports to the Senior Manager.
• This role does not have direct reports.

Travel Requirements:
• Occasional overnight travel may be required, typically less than 5% of the time.

Physical Requirements:
• Work is primarily performed in a comfortable indoor environment with frequent opportunities to move about.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Over 4 years of professional experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Technical Program Management roles.
• At least 2 years of experience in implementing AI, ML, or Automation solutions within business workflows.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, UX) in agile or sprint-based settings.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and familiarity with cloud data warehousing to analyze data structures and validate inputs.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex business challenges into clear technical specifications and user stories.
• Experience managing technical products from initial specification through user acceptance testing, deployment, and adoption.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Business Information Systems.
• Previous experience as a Product Owner or Lead Analyst in a software development team.
• Track record of success in optimizing manual processes through automation or AI.
• Knowledge of Generative AI components and their integration with enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with data architecture and modeling concepts, particularly in data flow from source systems to AI model endpoints.
• Experience in retail or e-commerce environments supporting Online Merchants and similar business stakeholders.
• Experience in developing training materials and documentation to facilitate the adoption of new technical tools.

Education Requirements:
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
